Dear valued customers, it is with great joy we inform you today of the collaboration between Slim & Save and The New You Plan!
After reading the Facebook group posts and many emails, we realised the impact that closing Slim & Save would mean to our members. Because of this, we looked at the entire industry to see who we thought would be the best match for our customers. After much research, we approached The New You Plan and openly and honestly discussed our current position.
We felt that The New You Plan was the best fit for our customers as the team has been going strong for around the same time as ourselves; they are in a good position as one of the leading companies in the UK and Europe. They are also able to supply all of our European customers who have had no supplies since Brexit. The New You Plan also have a very high 4.8/5 Trustpilot score, and when you read the feedback online and speak to the team, we feel they carry the same ethos that we do, putting the customer first and always aiming to over-deliver on expectations.
In addition to the above;
- They want to keep and employ Joanne Jones, our very popular support agent with over ten years of service.
- They will take over the Slim & Save Official & Simplicity Groups.
- Slim & Save will send a large selection of stock to The New You Plan to enable you to continue with your favourites Slim & Save products whilst you also adapt to some new alternatives.
- The New You Plan will create a section on its website to sell the remaining Slim & Save stock (commencing on 1st April 2023).
- The New You Plan already use a couple of our main suppliers, and as such, many flavours we have are exactly the same.
- The New You Plan will also be looking at some of the flavours they don’t already stock to have these produced for the future.
- The New You Plan will adopt the Weight Tracker, Meal Planner and Measurements tracker, and these will become available at The New You Plan website after 3rd April.
- The New You Plan also offers Slim & Save customers 43% Off their first purchase with coupon code SLIMSAVE between the 1st of April and the 30th of June.
We intended to keep trading until the 30th of April 2023, so customers with points can redeem them. But, unfortunately, this will no longer be possible due to the stock reduction from the large volume of orders already received. Therefore, any customer who has points will need to use those points before 2 pm on 31st March 2023.
If you are a European customer, you will be able to stock up with your Slim & Save favourites via The New You Plan website from the 1st of April! Also, for our regular customers, you will be pleased to know that The New You Plan has the following products, which are exactly the same as Slim & Save:
